The City of Jasper was pleased to welcome students from the Youth Leadership Walker County program to Jasper City Hall on Monday. Participants from schools across the county toured the newly renovated facility and explored the updated spaces throughout the building as part of their ongoing leadership development experience.
City officials noted that watching these young leaders engage with their surroundings was both energizing and inspiring. Their questions, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning highlighted the importance of investing in programs that empower the next generation.
Youth Leadership Walker County continues to provide students with hands-on opportunities to understand local government, community needs, and the role of leadership in shaping the future.
